The quaint restaurant in the Crane Cottage.
The Jekyll Island Club is gorgeously landscaped.
Getting out to the island takes a while but it's worth it. Peaceful and off the beaten path.
The room was the best room in the Cottage overlooking the water AND the garden. People would wander by and admire our room.
No swimming pool but you can stick your toes in here if you want.
Alfred Hitchcock filmed "The Birds" here. Ok, not really. It just looks like it.
There's a cute little chapel on the island that the Rockefellers, the Astors, the Pulitzers and many others used with Tiffany stained glass.
Fa la la la laaa la la la laaaa ... well it was a couple days after Christmas, you know!
